NOAH KAHAN – BANK OF NH PAVILION

I was lucky enough to see Noah Kahan at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire. This show took place on September 6, 2023. He was touring in support of his album Stick Season, which was released last year. It was a sold out crowd, mostly rowdy and younger folks. Noah’s music is an infusion of folk, rock and pop music. His songs were resonating with the audience as they sang every word with him.

GODSMACK – XFINITY CENTER

Godsmack played the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on July 26, 2023. Mix Master Mike (Beastie Boys) kicked things off for the evening, paving the way for Staind and Godsmack. Mix Master Mike began the night with one of his famed DJ sets, spinning for just over half an hour to get the crowd warmed up. He spun everything from Beastie Boys songs, to songs from bands like Queen and Rage Against the Machine.

Bret Michaels at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA

BRET MICHAELS – XFINITY CENTER

Bret Michaels brought his Parti-Gras 2023 Tour to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on July 21, 2023. Jefferson Starship and Night Ranger were both also on the bill to open things up for the show. Jefferson Starship delivered top songs such as Find Your Way Back and Jane. Night Ranger then followed up with hits of their own including Rock in America, When You Close Your Eyes, and Don’t Tell Me You Love Me.

Alice in Chains at the Xfinity Center

ALICE IN CHAINS – XFINITY CENTER

Alice in Chains took over the Xfinity Center along with Plush, Bush, and Breaking Benjamin. The show took place on October 8, 2022. This was the last show of the season at the Xfinity Center, as well as the last show of the tour for AIC and company. Plush started the night out with a compact but high energy set. They performed some of their top songs including Athena, Champion, and Hate. The female rockers also played an amazing rendition of Barracuda (Heart). Bush came out next, delivering their classics like Machinehead, Comedown, and Glycerine.

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong at the College Street Music Hall

PIGEONS PLAYING PING PONG – COLLEGE STREET MUSIC HALL

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong performed a The Who Fighters set in celebration of Halloween. Songs by The Who and Foo Fighters were highlighted throughout the night. This show took place at the College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut. It was the second of two Halloween shows, played on October 29, 2022. They were also joined by the Funky Dawgz Brass Band, who opened things up for the night in style.

The Ries Brothers at Soundcheck Studios

THE RIES BROTHERS – SOUNDCHECK STUDIOS

The Ries Brothers came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on August 17, 2022. Dale and the ZDubs and local favorites The Quins were also on the bill for the evening. Dale and the ZDubs kicked the night off, performing a solid ten song set. The Quins then came out in full force. The hometown crowd showed up strong for these guys, and they delivered as always.

GHOST – AMICA MUTUAL PAVILION

Ghost made their first ever appearance in Rhode Island, when they brought their Impera Tour through Providence. Spiritbox and Mastodon were also on the bill. The show took place on September 12, 2022, at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. The Amica Mutual Pavilion, or AMP for short, was formerly known as the Dunkin Donuts Center. The naming rights were purchased on September 6, 2022.

Pitbull at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA

PITBULL – XFINITY CENTER

Pitbull stopped by the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts for the Can’t Stop Us Now Tour. This show took place on August 9, 2022. Iggy Azalea was also on the bill, opening things up for the night. She performed most of her top hits including Team, Black Widow, and Kream. She ended her set with her top hit, Fancy.

Incubus at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA

INCUBUS – XFINITY CENTER

Incubus came to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on Wednesday August 3, 2022. They were joined by Sublime with Rome and The Aquadolls. Up first was The Aquadolls, an all female band based out of Los Angeles, California. Up next was Sublime with Rome, of course another band with California origins. Eric Wilson, the bass player for the original Sublime, is still performing with the band.
