Duppy Conquerors, a Bob Marley tribute band, came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on February 9, 2024. This show was for the Bob Marley Birthday Celebration, and they brought all the classics and fan favorites with them. DJ Jah Rich joined as a special guest for this show as well. This show also happened on the heels of the release of the Bob Marley movie, Bob Marley: One Love. The movie hit theaters February 14, 2024. Once Duppy Conquerors hit the stage, they began their first set with Pimper’s Paradise. Is This Love, Buffalo Soldier, and One Love were all classics mixed into the opening set. They closed it out with Ride Natty. They came out for a second set after a breif break, kicking it off with Coming in From the Cold. Fan favorites performed included Could you be Love, Get Up Stand Up, and No Woman No Cry. They came back out to deliver an encore, with Stop That Train being the song of choice to wrap up the evening. In all, they performed an impressive 31 songs sending the crowd home more than satisfied.

Duppy Conquerors will be performing at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge, Massachusetts for their Wailer Wednesday night. The show will be taking place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
