The Elovaters played the House of Blues in Boston, Massachusetts on December 31, 2022 for their New Years Eve bash. They were joined by Aldous Collins Band, Mighty Mystic, and Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad. Aldous Collins took the stage first, followed by Mighty Mystic and then Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad.
The Elovaters took the stage wearing their alien jumpsuits in style. They fittingly kicked their set off with Boston. Gardenia, Criminal, and Gimmie Love were some of the fan favorites sprinkled in throughout the evening. After the countdown, they came out lit up in neon and hit us with some Sunshine while balloons and confetti consumed the venue. We were also treated to a full horn section for the night as well. They capped the night off with Margaritas, Squeeze, and Won’t Be The Last Time (accompanied by Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad).
KEEP UP WITH THE ELOVATERS
The Elovaters will be continuing their heavy touring throughout 2023. With a show in Guam already under their belt, they’ll be starting off their Sharks With Frik’n Lasers Tour in February. This will be a run on the West Coast, starting in Washington and ending in Nevada. They will also be doing a few shows in support of The Movement at the end of February, as well as some shows supporting Collie Buddz in March. Finally, the boys have been announced on a few festival lineups already, like Reggae Rise Up (Florida and Maryland) and California Roots in Monterey, California.
