The Ries Brothers came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on August 17, 2022. Dale and the ZDubs and local favorites The Quins were also on the bill for the evening. Dale and the ZDubs kicked the night off, performing a solid ten song set. The Quins then came out in full force. The hometown crowd showed up strong for these guys, and they delivered as always.
The Ries Brothers hit the stage to cap off the night. jamming songs such as Echoing Dream and Corner Store. Songs like Street Lights, Troubadour and It’s Never Me were also performed on the evening. Of course they sprinkled in some of their signature random jam sessions. Some Sublime was mixed in as well.
KEEPING UP WITH THE RIES BROTHERS
On August 26, 2022, the boys released a self-titled EP. The EP consists of six tracks, including On the Road featuring G. Love & Special Sauce and Cas Haley. They currently have a few shows announced for 2023 already. Both shows are scheduled to take place in March, with the first being on the 311 Caribbean Cruise. Next they’ll be performing at the Innings Festival in Tampa, Florida. Keep an out on their website and socials, I’m sure the brothers will find themselves on a few tour bills throughout the upcoming year as well.
