Levitate Flannel Jam came back to the Marshfield Fairgrounds on October 8, 2023. They also made a stop on Nantucket the following day. Marshfield’s lineup had a few extra acts on the bill, including a special duo set with Mihali (Twiddle) and Jackson Wetherbee (The Elovaters). From the music, to the food and flannels, there was plenty to celebrate.
Things kicked off with Birch Swart & Seselia on the Holla Stage. Ali Mcguirk then opened things up on the main stage (Hoot stage). The Holla Stage had three more acts throughout the day. The Heavy Heavy, Jackson & Mihali, and finally Futurebirds wrapped things up leading into the headliner for the Hoot Stage. The final three performers on the Hoot Stage were Melt, Chadwick Stokes and The Pintos, and Old Crow Medicine Show to officially close out the night.
There was also plenty to do as far as food, shopping, and activities. The food lineup consisted of Cheese Louise, The Sausage Guy, and of course, Cider Donuts. Slacktide Coffee was also there providing that caffeine fix. As for shopping, there were plenty of vendors set up to walk through and browse. You could find everything from glasswork and pottery, to photograph prints and baked goods. Levitate also officially released their new line of flannels, which are the most amazingly comfortable and durable clothing we’ve found in a while.

Levitate is currently hosting backyard hangs, with plenty of food, drinks, and music to go around. They have announced an all new Fall menu, inspired by autumn in New England. As for their two main festivals, there has yet to be announcements on 2024 dates for Levitate Music Festival and Levitate Flannel Jam.
