Pigeons Playing Ping Pong performed a The Who Fighters set in celebration of Halloween. Songs by The Who and Foo Fighters were highlighted throughout the night. This show took place at the College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut. It was the second of two Halloween shows, played on October 29, 2022. They were also joined by the Funky Dawgz Brass Band, who opened things up for the night in style.

When the Pigeons began their first set, they kicked things off with Henrietta. Notable covers of The Who included Won’t Get Fooled Again and Pinball Wizard. Best of You and All My Life were the selections for Foo Fighters songs. Set two kicked off with Su Casa. From there they continued to mix in Foo Fighters with My Hero, also throwing in Everlong later in the set. The boys also brought out guitar prodigy Brandon “Taz” Niederauer for The Who’s Eminence Front. We got a two song encore as well, accompanied by the Funky Dawgz. The songs of choice were F.U. and You Should Be Dancing. You can check out the complete setlist from the show.
