That loss was Boston’s fourth in a row, but that streak came to an end Wednesday night. Boston topped Ottawa 3-1 in a solid team effort. Black History Month was celebrated throughout the game, as this was their final home game in February.

Boston came into this matchup looking for their first home win, as they started out 0-2 at the Tsongas Center. Fortunately, they have gone 3-0 on the road to begin the season.
The PWHL Boston team kicked off their first ever game against the PWHL Minnesota. The game took place on January 3, 2024 at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. Former Boston Bruin Captain Patrice Bergeron and his family were in the house. They came out to drop the ceremonial first puck. Captain Hilary Knight handed the puck off to Patrice as he left the ice. The National Anthem was then performed by Michelle Brooks-Thompson, setting the stage for the opening faceoff.
